The world's most powerful dark blue horned robot "Pluto" is a fictional character created by Osamu Tezuka, introduced in "The World's Strongest Robot" story arc of the Astro Boy manga. "Pluto" is 4 ½" tall PVC figure and comes in a clear box. The figure has swivel joints located at the neck and shoulders.
