The Game Master is proud to present an intriguing game that takes players through three eras of opera: the Baroque, the Classical and Romantic era. The atmosphere is set by the music by Händel, Moneverdi, Mozart, Beethoven, Wagner and Verdi.

The players are at the head of aristocratic families. They have the goal to bring opera to the public in six major European cities. New game elements in Opera provide a unique gaming experience. By smart budgeting to hire the right characters, the players determine the turn order, the fame of composers and thus their own success.

The Opera board game players can decide the playing order. At the beginning of each game round, players choose how much money they are willing to spend for characters to hire. The player with the highest budget chooses the first character. The Impresario is hired to get our hands on the music of famous composers. The Maestro into a town to get, you give more splendor to your performances in the opera house. The Critico gives a grim assessment of the quality of the operas. He can make or break a composer. Together with the Architetto, the Signora and Esperto these characters are the heart of the game.
