Titan

This game of Fantasy monster slaying is one of the big classics in the genre and was first published by the original Avalon Hill. The game still has a very devoted following, which is a tribute to the depth of the various strategies and approaches.

The game is divided into two realms, the master board and the battle boards. On the master board legions of mythical creatures roam about trying to recruit bigger and badder monsters and kill opposing legions in the process. When a combat occurs, the space is 'blown-up' by moving the action to the corresponding battle board type. The victor of the battle is returned to the master board with the spoils of war: points. The points are used to augment one character in the game: the Titan. This is the player's alter-ego, and the Titans' fate and the players' fate are one and the same. After being out of print for over 20 years Valley Games has finally taken the leap to reprint this beloved classic that so many people are searching for. In this whole new edition with new gorgeous artwork from Kurt Miller, the developers have teamed up with the original designer to streamline the game and the rules and bring the game up to date to current standards.
