Intrafin is a leading distributor and promoter of entertainment products, trading card games, board games, action figures and collectables. With high quality products from well known companies such as Wizards of the Coast, Hasbro, Pokémon company, Mc Farlane, Neca, Lansay, Mattel, Nikko and Meccano, we serve clients in both mass, broad and hobby markets.

Due to the listing of several new brands we are currently looking to reinforce our team with:

a Inside Sales for French speaking customers (M/F, fulltime)
Daily contact with clients, in and outbound calls, general sales tasks.
Develop and maintain cutsomer realtionships.
Pro-active outbound calls and lead generation.
Support customers concerning questions or problems.
Advice clients the best products for their type of store.


Profile :
Experience in sales or knowledge of CCG's, action figures, toys, games or FMCG's is a plus.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to sell without pressure.
Excellent in both written and spoken French.
Fluent English or Dutch.



a Credit Controller (M/F, fulltime or parttime 4/5)
Overal responsibility for credit control and cash collection.
Maintain accuracy and integrity of the accounts receivable portfolio.
Contribute in resolving disputes and finding solutions for past due clients.
Underwrite credit limits, debtor financial analysis, reconciliation, adjust transactions, administrative follow-up.
Prepare various reports for management.


Profile :
Minimum 1 year experience in credit and cash collections.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Firm but non-agressive problem solver.
Fluent in Dutch or French.



a Webmaster (M/F, fulltime or parttime 4/5)
Overal responsibility for content maintenance, production, updating and improving of our websites.
In-house layout and creative design.
General IT and network support.

Profile :
Good knowledge of running websites and use of new social media.
Experienced in use of content management systems, HTML, CSS, PHP, MYSQL.
Knowledge of search engine optimisation.
Excellent English and fluent French or Dutch required.



You must live within a reasonable distance of the head office in Zaventem (Belgium)!
Crossing half the country each day is neither green, practical or a long term viable option.
