Yes you heard it right.
Retailers and organizers of Organized Play (OP) events, for card games and other products, will again be entitled to some nice discounts at Intrafin.
How high the discounts will be is entirely up to you. The more players you can attract the more discount vouchers you will receive !

Some of you will certainly remember our original concept from early 2006 to mid 2007.
The motivation behind it today is not different from then.

First and foremost we like to thank both the retailers and organizers, for the time and effort you all invest in Organised Play events. Next, we did not forget the ever-present competition of e-commerce and the lackluster economic situation, is weighing upon your business.
As a result we feel it is important to support you in every way we can as well as draw a maximum number of people to your store.

How does it work ?

For every player at your event you will receive a discount of 0.5€. In the beginning of every month we make the total of all the players present at your events and convert that number into a 5€ discount voucher for every 10 players you had. (10 players = 1 discount voucher, 20 players = 2 discount vouchers) Those discount vouchers can then be used in a ratio of 1 per 50€ of purchases.
Your OP discount vouchers are valid for all our products !
On the other hand the discount vouchers are not cumulative with other promotions or special prices.

We will keep track of the amount of vouchers you have in our accounting system. At least once per quarter you will receive an e-mail with your voucher balance.

If you want to use these discount coupons, all you have to do is tell us or mention it on the order form. Of course the Intrafin team will be happy to help you every step of the way.

• All Pokémon tournaments
• All Magic The Gathering pre-releases and launch parties
• All Wizkids tournaments
• All Intrafin boardgames tounaments
• All card game tournaments of Fantasy Flight, Vampire and L5R
• Other OP events after our written acceptance (OP at conventions, open houses, local festivities, ...)

What do you need to do?

Every time you organize a tournament which qualifies for this program, you send us all relevant information like type, location, entrance fee, prizes and so on, no later than 4 weeks before the event. E-mail: OP@intrafin.be or fax 32 (0)2 / 722 99 90 attn. Adélaïde.
Subsequently Intrafin will post your event details on the tournament agenda page of our website. This service is free of charge.

As a serious retailer or organizer you will of course make sure the event is run in a smooth and professional way. You will make sure the results are reported in due form and in a timely manner. Finally you will make sure the event is correctly sanctioned, through Intrafin, if applicable.

The only thing left for you to do is to send us the list with the participants, no later than one week after the event, by e-mail at OP@intrafin.be or by fax 32 (0) 2 722 99 90, attn.: Adélaïde. When does this promotion start ?

Right away !

On top of that, retailers who were already active in OP and who’s tournaments were already posted on our tournament agenda on the 31st of august, will receive an extra 10 OP discount vouchers with a total value of 50€.

Retailers who were RRP Magic the Gathering through Intrafin on the 31st of august will receive double that for a total of 20 OP discount vouchers and a total amount of 100€ ! More questions ?

Oui, oui vous avez bien lu.
Les commerçants et organisateurs d’événements de Jeu Organisé (JO) de cartes et autres, pourront dorénavant profiter d’une belle remise chez Intrafin.
C’est vous-même qui allez influencer votre remise en organisant des événements JO et en attirant un maximum de joueurs. Plus de joueurs = plus de remise !

Certains entre vous se rappellerons surement notre action bien originale de début 2006 à la mi 2007. Et bien aujourd’hui on remet ça, pour des raisons tout à fait similaires.

Tout d’abord nous voulons remercier tout commerçant et organisateur pour les efforts et le temps consacré dans la mise en place d’événements de Jeu Organisé.
De plus, avec la concurrence grandissante du e-commerce et l’état actuel difficile de l’économie, il nous est important de vous soutenir un maximum et d’attirer le plus grand nombre possible de personnes dans vos magasins. Comment cela fonctionne?

Nous vous offrons une remise de 0.50€ par joueur participant à votre tournoi.
Au début de chaque mois, le nombre de participants sera comptabilisé et, par 10 joueurs, converti en bons de remise d’une valeur de 5€. (10 participants= 1 bon , 20 participants= 2 bons, ...).
Lors de vos prochaines commandes chez Intrafin vous pourrez ensuite utiliser un bon JO par tranche d’achat de 50€.
Les bons de remise sont valables sur toute l’étendue de nos produits !
Par contre les bons de remise JO ne sont pas cumulables avec d’autres actions ou remises.

Vos bons seront introduits dans notre système et chaque trimestre nous vous enverrons un relevé de compte par e-mail avec la quantité de bons de remise JO à votre disposition.

Si vous désirez utiliser un ou plusieurs bons JO il suffit de le marquer sur votre commande ou de nous en faire part. Bien sûr l’équipe Intrafin se fera un plaisir de vous aider.

Quels tournois rentrent en compte?

• Tous les tournois Pokémon
• Toutes les pre-release et launch party Magic The Gathering
• Tous les tournois Wizkids
• Les tournois de jeux de plateau Intrafin
• Tous les tournois de cartes Fantasy Flight, Vampire et L5R
• Autres événements après accord écrit (JO lors d’une braderie, salon ou portes-ouvertes, ...)

Comment procéder?

Lorsque vous organisez un tournoi, il suffit de nous communiquer, toutes les informations utiles comme le type de tournoi que vous organisez, où il se déroulera et à combien s’élèvera le prix d’entrée etc. au plus tard 4 semaines avant la date de l’événement.

Les informations concernant votre événement seront postées sur notre agenda de tournois de notre site. Ce service est complètement gratuit.

En tant que commerçant ou organisateur responsable, vous vous engagez, bien sûr, à une organisation professionnelle, une remise des résultats en bonne et due forme en une approbation du tournoi, à travers Intrafin, si d’application.

Après le tournoi, il ne vous restera plus qu’a nous faire parvenir, dans la semaine qui suit, la liste des participants par courriel OP@intarfin.be ou par fax C/O Adélaïde au 02/722 99 90.

En plus, les commerçants qui au moment du 31/08 étaient déjà actifs dans le Jeu Organisé et dont les tournois étaient postés sur notre site, recevront comme cadeau 10 bons de remise pour une valeur totale de 50€.

Les commerçants qui au moment du 31/08 faisaient partie du RRP Magic The Gathering via Intrafin verront leur nombre de bons doubler et recevront en cadeau 20 bons de remise pour une valeur totale de 100€!

Beste winkeliers,

Ja u leest dit goed. Winkeliers en organisatoren die Organized Play Events (OP) organiseren van cardgames e.d., kunnen vanaf heden opnieuw genieten van een mooie korting bij Intrafin. De grootte van deze korting kunnen jullie zelf beïnvloeden door meer OP Events te organizeren en meer spelers aan te trekken: hoe meer spelers hoe groter de korting!

De meesten onder u zullen zich onze originele actie van begin 2006 tot midden 2007 nog wel herinneren. De insteek is vandaag niet anders.

Allereerst willen wij jullie, de winkeliers en organisatoren, bedanken voor de tijd en moeite die jullie steeds opnieuw investeren in Organised Play (OP). Met de alomgekende concurrentie van e-commerce en de huidige moeilijke economische toestand trachten wij jullie extra te steunen om toch zoveel mogelijk mensen naar jullie winkel te lokken en uiteindelijk méér te verkopen.

Hoe werkt het?

Per speler op uw toernooi krijgt u een korting van 0.5€. Aan het begin van elke maand wordt uw spelersaantal, per 10 spelers, omgezet in een OP kortingsbon ter waarde van 5€. Per aankoopschijf van 50 euro bij Intrafin kan u 1 OP kortingsbon gebruiken. U mag de kortingsbonnen gebruiken op gelijk welk product ! De korting is echter niet cummulatief met andere kortingen of promoties.

De bonnen worden door ons in het systeem bijgehouden en éénmaal per kwartaal krijgt u ook een e-mail met een overzicht van uw beschikbare OP kortingsbonnen.

Indien u deze wil gebruiken volstaat het dit te vermelden bij uw bestelling. Uiteraard zal het Intrafin personeel dit samen met u opvolgen.

Welke tournooien komen in aanmerking ?

• Alle Pokémon toernooien.
• Alle Magic the Gathering pre-releases en launch parties
• Alle Wizkids miniaturen toernooien.
• Alle Intrafin bordspellen toernooien.
• Alle Fantasy Flight, Vampire en L5R cardgame toernooien.
• Andere events na goedkeuring (bvb events op een Beurs, Braderij, Open Deur Demo, ...)

Wat moet u hiervoor doen?

Telkens u een toernooi organiseert dat hiervoor in aanmerking komt, mail je de nodige informatie zoals plaats, inkom, formaat, e.d., ten laatste 4 weken voor het event, naar op@intrafin.be of per fax 02/722.99.90 (t.a.v. Adélaïde).
Wij plaatsen deze info vervolgens voor u op onze toernooi agenda webpagina. Dit is volledig gratis.

Als verantwoordelijk winkelier of organisatie zorgt u voor een correcte rapportering en sanctioning, via Intrafin indien van toepassing.

Na het toernooi moet u ons ten laatste één werkweek na datum enkel nog de deelnemerslijst doorsturen per e-mail OP@intrafin.be of per fax 02/722.99.90 (t.a.v. Adélaïde).

Bovendien krijgen winkeliers die per 31/08 reeds in Organized Play actief waren en toernooien hadden staan op onze toernooi agenda 10 kortingsbons met een totale aankoopwaarde van 50 euro cadeau.

Voor wie daarenboven op 31/08 ook nog eens RRP Magic the Gathering was via Intrafin verdubbelen we dit aantal tot 20 kortingbons! Goed voor 100 euro korting!
